Previous routes and qualifications don’t cut it anymore for our teachers, support staff, and school leaders. In order to face the challenges of delivering a world-class education in the 21st century, educators need a leading-edge and comprehensive support package. That is why we are reinventing professional learning for our schools, by bringing training, research, and development opportunities into our schools through the ALT Institute of Teaching and Leadership.
The Institute is the central hub for professional development, leadership training and learning across the Trust. There are 8 strategic areas that form the hub that link directly into our models for school improvement.
