Flagship Programmes

At Active Learning Trust, investing in people means giving them the opportunity to keep growing throughout their careers. It also means being prepared to develop new approaches where we see an opportunity to improve. Our Flagship Programmes have grown from that thinking. They respond to real priorities across our schools and are shaped by the experience and expertise of the people who work within them. Each has been developed with a clear purpose and the potential to make a lasting difference to our people, our schools and, ultimately, our pupils.

Our Flagship Programmes are part of our Trust’s ongoing work to move the education sector forward by growing our people and strengthening our schools. We also want to share what we learn along the way. That’s why our programmes are open to all educators, welcoming participants from across Active Learning Trust as well as other schools, trusts and educational organisations.
