Our Story

We are a values-led multi-academy trust, with a family of 19 schools based across Cambridgeshire and Suffolk. Since the appointment of a new CEO in 2024, our trust has been experiencing a dynamic period of growth and development that has focused on building capacity, strengthening leadership and ensuring our work drives real, lasting impact for the children and communities we serve.

At our core is a people-first philosophy. We know that great schools are built by great staff, and so we invest deeply in our teachers, leaders and support teams. This investment takes many forms: from nationally recognised training routes and bespoke leadership programmes to apprenticeships and secondments that open up new pathways for growth. We have made leadership development a strategic priority across the Trust because we recognise that strong, adaptable leadership has a ripple effect - improving workload management, staff wellbeing, career satisfaction, and ultimately, the learning experience of all our pupils.

When it comes to school improvement, we practice a principles-based approach that balances high expectations with creative freedom. This allows our schools and staff to respond to the unique needs of their communities by challenging old assumptions and exploring new and innovative ways of working. By asking better questions and finding better answers, we've started to tackle some of the sector's toughest challenges, including how to integrate technology into teaching, rethinking accountability measures for MATs and a comprehensive redesign of schools' SEND provision. Through professional generosity and open collaboration, we aim to share our insights and work openly with other trusts and partners to help raise standards across the education sector as a whole.

Behind the scenes, our Central Team - spanning curriculum, SEND, Finance, HR, IT, Estates, Marketing and more - provides expert support that allows our schools to focus on teaching and learning. By pooling expertise and resources, we remove unnecessary burdens from schools, create consistency where it matters and help leaders tackle challenges with confidence. Together, we are committed to setting the highest standards across all aspects of our work, ensuring that our schools remain places where staff can thrive in their careers and children can find their purpose.
