HOST: Insights Facilitators

Building upon the Introduction to Insights session, this facilitated and interactive session that provides leaders with a structured opportunity to better understand how individual preferences and behaviours influence the way their team works together. Participants will explore further their own personal style and the styles of colleagues, helping them recognise strengths, communication preferences and potential blind spots within the team. This session supports more effective collaboration, clearer communication and greater appreciation of the different contributions each team member brings.  The aim is to support leadership teams in developing stronger and more effective working relationships.
