Host: Insights Facilitators

This interactive session is an introduction to the Insights Discovery model, designed to help you gain a deeper understanding of your personal working style and how it influences your interactions and effectiveness at work.

You’ll uncover key strengths, potential blind spots, and preferred ways of communicating and collaborating. The session also highlights the importance of recognising and valuing the unique styles of others.

Host: Insights Facilitators

Building upon the Introduction to Insights session, this interactive session provides senior and middle leaders with a structured opportunity to better understand how individual preferences and behaviours influence the way their team works together.

Participants will further explore their own personal style and the styles of colleagues, helping them recognise strengths, communication preferences and potential blind spots. This session supports more effective collaboration and clearer communication. The aim is to support leadership teams in developing stronger and more effective working relationships.

These whole-day meetings serve to summarise progress and to outline specific project outputs. They're also a valuable opportunity to celebrate good practice and to network with colleagues from across our Trust.
