Attendees: Business Managers, Site Managers

Host: Medical Tracker personnel & ALT Operations Team

This virtual training session will teach staff how to record accidents/incidents and complete investigations on Medical Tracker. We'll help you understand how to categorise and respond to different types of incidents.

Attendees: Staff responsible for submitting school census

Host: Central Data Team

These termly sessions support staff in completing the pupil census by covering best practice in data management and the latest DfE updates. 

Attendees: Business Managers, Data Managers, Attendance Leads, Headteachers, Teachers, or any school staff involved in data management

These sessions give staff a chance to get practical help with data management, reporting and any tricky data administration. We'll be sharing updates on the latest developments in Arbor with dedicated sessions for the termly cencus submissions. Other session themes are driven by school requests and will be published ahead of each meeting, so check the training calendar to find the next one and suggest topics.

Educational Visits Coordinator training is a comprehensive training course for new and existing EVCs. The course provides essential training on the responsibilities of an Educational Visits Coordinator, and how to fulfil them, including: supervising off-site activities, risk management, and planning educational visits. The training will be delivered by Handsam via Teams.

Gain support in using the 'Every' platform, with individual sessions dedicated to: 

  • Issues - learn to log and manage tickets to help identify and deal with Estates maintenance issues
  • PPM Activities - including uploading evidence, running reports and completing statutory compliance checks
  • Policies - learn how to upload and manage documents, including assigning staff and sending reminders

Attendees: Open to all

Host: Adam Daw, Headteacher at Highfield Ely Academy

This open session visit will include a short welcome, a tour of the school and the opportunity to observe and discuss behaviour strategies in practice. Any specific areas of interest or questions can be explored throughout the visit.

A focused session for school leaders, that will guide participants through using Arbor to manage and analyse assessment data effectively, with a particular focus on preparing for and conducting pupil progress meetings. Attendees will gain practical strategies for tracking attainment and progress, identifying trends, and using data to inform school improvement and targeted support.

Attendees: Website Champions and any staff members interested in managing school website updates

Host: Christine Hopwood, Head of Communications & Marketing, Cleverbox (external website provider)

An in-depth, practical session led by Cleverbox, providing staff with the skills and confidence to manage the new website CMS for their school. The training will cover core functions such as creating and editing pages, uploading documents, managing news and events, and ensuring content is up to date and accessible - enabling participants to handle day-to-day updates independently and efficiently.
